Taft Matney sees Mauldin’s incredible potential for economic development.
With available open land, access to multiple Interstates and railways, close proximity to the new inland port near Greer, and ready-to-occupy office space, Taft Matney believes that Mauldin is in an excellent position to recruit businesses scouting for new corporate headquarters or manufacturing facilities.
With Mauldin’s access to the Millennium Campus, Mauldin is perfectly situated to become the home to CU-ICAR support businesses.
Taft Matney believes that we need be more active in promoting the city’s benefits and attractive position to those companies.
While groups like the Upstate Alliance and the Greenville Area Development Corporation exist to bring in new business, their job is to highlight the county or the region. Taft Matney understands the need for Mauldin to market and promote itself – not wait for an outside group to do it for us.
