David Letterman may be off the air after a 33 year television hosting career, but that doesn’t mean there will be a shortage of Top 10 (or other) lists anytime soon.
A new list came out last week as niche.com released its ratings of “Best Towns to Raise a Family in South Carolina.”
Of the 31 South Carolina cities and towns ranked, our own Mauldin came in at #2.
According to niche.com who created the list of municipalities with populations of less than 100,000 residents, “Niche ranks US towns based on school ratings, crime rates, age demographics, and access to affordable housing and childcare. A high ranking indicates that a town attracts young families with good schools and a safe community.”
Our schools continue excelling on state report cards, we have recreation programs that have something for almost everyone, we’re evolving City Hall to make sure that doing business in and with the city becomes hassle-free, we’re the safest place to live in the state, and we have the highest per capita household income of any city in Greenville County.
Why look anywhere other than Mauldin?
